Coaching is an investment of time, money, and energy.


Time: our sessions will be approximately 40 to 50 minutes long, but expect to work (think, reflect, journal, try new skills) between sessions as well.


Money: my rate is $55 per session, with an option to negotiate if we enter a long-term agreement.


Energy: being a fully engaged coaching participant is hard work! you may need to spend some time recentering after a session before going back to the real world.
